How Meutch works
A friendly, community-first way to share things with people you trust.
The basics
- Join circles. Circles are groups: a faith community, neighborhood, club, or just a group of friends. Circles make it easy to share with the people you know. They can be public, private, or secret.
- List items you can lend. Add tools, kitchen gear, games, and more. Finished using your item for good? List it as a giveaway.
- Find what you need. Search for items in your circles, or post a request to let people know what you're looking for. Your community will see it and someone may have exactly what you need.
- Arrange the handoff. Message the owner, agree on dates and pickup, and return it when you're done.
A quick example
Ana is hosting a graduation party and realizes she needs an extra cooler for drinks. She searches Meutch, finds a cooler listed by someone in her neighborhood circle, sends a request, and they agree on a pickup time the afternoon before the party. After the event, Ana returns the cooler and leaves a friendly thank-you message. The party was a success and no one had to buy - or store - a cooler.
